MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

All plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. The monthly plan is billed at $55/month. The annual plan is billed upfront at $660. The two-yearly plan is billed upfront at $1,120. After the initial term, monthly plans continue on a rolling monthly basis.
If you're not happy after your first appointment, you can cancel and you'll only ever be charged $55 — your first month's membership. No questions asked, no further charges.
X-rays, abdominal ultrasound and neutering/spaying are included on all Snoots plans. On the monthly plan, you prepay 6 months of membership ($330) upfront to unlock access — this is credited against your ongoing fees, not an extra charge. Annual and two-yearly members pay upfront by default and have access from day one.
Dental cleaning is included on annual ($660/year) and two-yearly ($1,120/2 years) plans. Monthly members can add dental cleaning for $299 per procedure. Tooth extractions are available at $600 (basic) or $850 (advanced) on all plans.
Founding members are the first pet owners to join Snoots Clifton. They lock in preferential pricing — standard pricing after launch will be higher. Founding member spots are limited to the first members who join the waitlist.
Each pet needs their own membership at $55/month (or the annual/2-year equivalent). There is no limit on how many pets you can enrol.
No. Snoots is a veterinary membership — direct unlimited access to a vet clinic for a flat monthly fee. No claims process, no deductibles, no exclusions on covered services. For emergencies and surgery, a basic insurance policy can complement your Snoots membership.
For primary and preventative care, Snoots replaces insurance. For emergencies, surgery and specialists, a low-cost policy still makes sense as a safety net. Many members keep a basic plan for that peace of mind.
Most wellness plans cover a limited set of services — typically just vaccines and one or two annual exams. Snoots covers unlimited visits, full diagnostics, dental cleaning (annual+), spay/neuter, and telehealth for one flat fee with no per-visit charges.
