Snoots membership covers your pet's everyday health — unlimited access, diagnostics and preventive care. A few things sit outside membership, and we believe in being completely upfront about what they are and what happens when your pet needs them.

  • Surgery

    Complex and non-routine surgeries aren't part of membership.

    When your pet needs one, we refer you to one of our trusted partner clinics, where we've negotiated lower rates for Snoots members. Your vet arranges the referral and stays involved throughout.

  • Dental extractions

    Routine dental care is part of looking after your pet, but dental extractions and advanced dental procedures sit outside membership.

    They're handled through our partner network at member-preferred rates, arranged by your Snoots vet.

  • Medication

    Prescriptions aren't bundled into membership.

    Members pay our member medication prices, listed transparently on our website — not marked-up clinic pricing.

  • Secondary & specialist care

    Advanced diagnostics and specialist treatment beyond what our clinic provides aren't part of membership.

    We refer you to partner clinics at negotiated member rates, so you get the right care without paying full retail.

  • Emergencies (out-of-hours / critical)

    Snoots is your primary care team, not a 24-hour ER.

    For emergencies, members go to VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group) in Clifton, NJ, where Snoots members receive 10% off.

MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

All plans have a 12-month minimum commitment. The monthly plan is billed at $65/month. The annual plan is billed upfront at $720. The two-year plan is billed upfront at $1,320. After the initial term, monthly plans continue on a rolling monthly basis.
You have 48 hours after your first appointment to cancel. If you do, you'll only ever be charged $65 — your first month's membership. The 48-hour window is voided if diagnostics (including imaging or lab work) are performed or vaccines are given at that visit. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

No. Snoots is a veterinary membership — direct unlimited access to a vet clinic for a flat monthly fee. No claims process, no deductibles, no exclusions on covered services. For emergencies and surgery, a basic insurance policy can complement your Snoots membership.
Snoots is unlimited primary vet care. That includes wellness visits, but also unlimited sick visits, diagnostics, core vaccines and ongoing condition management. It is broader than a traditional wellness plan.
For primary and preventive care, Snoots replaces insurance. For emergencies, surgery and specialists, a low-cost policy still makes sense as a safety net. Many members keep a basic plan for that peace of mind.
Most wellness plans cover a limited set of services — typically just vaccines and one or two annual exams. Snoots covers unlimited visits, full diagnostics, dental cleaning (annual+), spay/neuter, and telehealth for one flat fee with no per-visit charges.
